* Manage and oversee projects across the Business Outsourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Development & Training, and Business Consulting units.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate services.
* Coordinate the delivery of services and ensure that project milestones and client expectations are met.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized talent solutions, training programs, and consulting services.
* Support recruitment efforts for internal and client staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is sourced for various positions.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or consulting.
* Proven experience in generating new business and managing client relationships.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
* Knowledge of HR practices, business consulting, and training methodologies is a plus.
