DESCRIPTION We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent and Business Development Officer to join our team, contributing to both client acquisition and service delivery across various business units The Talent and Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new clients, managing projects, and coordinating services within our Business Outsourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Development & Training, and Business Consulting units.
RESPONSIBILITIES

*          Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the company’s portfolio.

*          Manage and oversee projects across the Business Outsourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Development & Training, and Business Consulting units.

*         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate services.

*         Coordinate the delivery of services and ensure that project milestones and client expectations are met.

*         Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized talent solutions, training programs, and consulting services.

*         Support recruitment efforts for internal and client staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is sourced for various positions.

*         Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

*  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

*  3-5 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or consulting.

*  Proven experience in generating new business and managing client relationships.

*  Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

*  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

*  Knowledge of HR practices, business consulting, and training methodologies is a plus.
