Mark Calthers Consulting is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our online presence through engaging social media content, SEO strategies, video and graphics production management, and YouTube channel management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage SEO to optimize content and increase organic traffic Oversee video and graphics production, ensuring alignment with brand objectives Manage and grow the company’s YouTube channel, optimizing videos for reach and engagement Analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to improve performance Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports business goals Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and social media

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in social media management, with proven SEO expertise Proficiency in video and graphic production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, Final Cut Pro) Experience managing YouTube channels and optimizing video content for engagement Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance through data Excellent communication skills and creativity in content creation.
