Sales Supervisors
DESCRIPTION
We are currently sourcing for a self-driven and goal oriented individuals to join our managerial team in the Northern zone. The talents will manage a team of 16-25 Sales Representatives and other sales staff within designated location with a sales area in a region. Work closely with other team members and involve in product and services sales and customer service and management in line with company’s sales strategy in order to meet specified targets. Locations;

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Image Builder – Promote MCC and Clients’ Products and Services.
- Generation of new businesses and managing the existing businesses within the assigned segment.
- Co-ordination of all activities of a minimum of 8-10 Sales Representatives in various assigned locations.
- Promptness in tracking the team’s performances using set parameters such as number of products sold versus target, number of visit plans completed, numbers of visited customers that bought products.
- Ensure compliance to the company’s standard operating procedures on all employee management and project operational activities.
- Work with the regional OCs responsible for day-to-day project management and welfare related issues of all the team members.
- Overseeing and smooth running of all assigned administrative tasks within designated locations.
- Support continuous effort to improve HR operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly with other team Members.
- Implementation of the Company’s selling processes, customer and call planning with related documentations.
- Achievement of Excellence execution objectives in the store including product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Achievement of market leadership in every outlet and in the territory through market place execution, understanding of the market.
- Merchandising coolers and paste posters to market standard as per LOS. Implementing market standard as per PICCOS.
- Competition Activities: Fully understands the activities of the competitors and inform Sales Managers of in-store competition activities & price changes.
- Prompt communication management within the team internally and externally.
- Liaison and Client relationship management-ensure exceptional client service satisfaction level with all project stakeholders.
- Timely communication of activities of the unit through detailed reports weekly/monthly/Annually.
- Any other duties as instructed by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of First Degree in any Social Science discipline
- 5 – 7 years’ work experience in related field
- Good People Management and Organisation skills
- Collaborative Team Player

- Knowledge of the FMCG products and services
