                DESCRIPTION
                
                    We are seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to oversee and manage our sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance through motivation and strategic planning.
                
            
            
                RESPONSIBILITIES
                
                    Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve set sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports to management. Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to improve their performance. Conduct regular sales meetings and ensure effective communication within the team. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify market trends and opportunities to increase sales and market share. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

                QUALIFICATIONS
                
                    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
