DESCRIPTION We are seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to oversee and manage our sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance through motivation and strategic planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
