DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling high-end luxury properties to high net worth individuals in Nigeria and potentially outside the country. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and engage high net worth individuals interested in luxury properties.
  • Showcase and pitch high-end luxury properties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales of luxury properties.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and property values.
  • Collaborate with marketing and listing agents to promote luxury properties effectively.
