RESPONSIBILITIES

*       Grow the business with your team in line with budgetary targets.

*       Manage and coach your team for optimal performance and professional development.

*       Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

*       Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the team.

*       Prospect for new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads.

*       Provide regular feedback to the sales team and conduct performance evaluations.

*       Perform other duties as assigned.
