DESCRIPTION Mark Calthers Consulting Limited is currently sourcing for proactive and smart candidates with good people management skills who have between 0–1year experience as a sales executive/agent to help in driving sales and expanding our clients reach in the market
RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers.

·         Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

·         Identifying new sales opportunities and generating revenue for the company.

·         Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer success.

·         Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.

·         Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.

·         Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts and any relevant company news or product updates.
