DESCRIPTION We are seeking a driven and strategic Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support both internal and client-focused hiring initiatives. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process from start to finish, and providing consultative recruitment services to our clients. You will ensure that we attract and retain top talent while maintaining a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES

*         Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company’s and clients' staffing needs.

*         Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and selection.

*         Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent requirements and ensure a tailored recruitment approach.

*         Conduct candidate assessments, background checks, and reference verifications as necessary.

*         Provide expert consultation on talent acquisition trends and best practices to clients.

*         Maintain a database of qualified candidates for both current and future opportunities.

*         Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.

*        Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external recruitment partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

*         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

*         3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or client-focused environment.

*         Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies and execute them effectively.

*         Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.

*         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

*         Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

*         Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
