* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and selection.
* Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent requirements and ensure a tailored recruitment approach.
* Conduct candidate assessments, background checks, and reference verifications as necessary.
* Provide expert consultation on talent acquisition trends and best practices to clients.
* Maintain a database of qualified candidates for both current and future opportunities.
* Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or client-focused environment.
* Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies and execute them effectively.
* Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
