Media Production Executive Mark Calthers Consulting
DESCRIPTION The Media Production Executive is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing the creation of multimedia content, including video editing, audio, and photography, to support marketing, communication, and business objectives. The role involves conceptualizing creative ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Offer innovative content ideas that will build awareness for the Clients brand, products and activities on social media platforms.

2. The Media Production Executive will ensure all video contents align with the company’s agreed standard and approved branding and marketing strategies.

3. The Media Production Executive will source other video coverage materials needed for video production and marketing.

4. The Media Production Executive will provide professional insights on how to boost visibility drive for all services of Mark Calthers Media.

5. The Media Production Executive will ensure to produce quality video content and submissions are to be shared and discussed with the team as required.

6. The Media Production Executive will produce a minimum of 9 quality service video content per month.

7. The Media Production should have the ability to multitask and handle deadlines.

8. The Media Production Executive must be able to work independently in terms of production with minimal supervision.

9. The Media Production Executive must present quality reports and market intelligence analytics that aligns with the company’s objective.

10. Maintain high standards for media content quality, ensuring technical and creative excellence.

11. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to introduce innovative approaches to media production.

12. Operate and maintain media equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing tools.

13. Ensuring that quality of output meets the required standard.

14. Creating the right content by understanding the brand’s audience.

15. Create contents that drive website traffic, sending customers directly.

16. Regularly brainstorming with the business development team to come up with fresh and creative content.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of a professional diploma in any media-related field.

2, Minimum of 2-3 years work experience as a producer or any similar role in the media sector.

3. Experience in Media production, film, communication, or related field will be an advantage.

4. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and other editing software.

5. Experience with content distribution across digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

6. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production and multimedia projects. · Experience managing budgets and leading production teams.

SKILLS Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and other editing softwares.
