Mark Calthers Consulting Limited is seeking an IT Intern who will be responsible for testing the company’s HRIS and other platforms, identifying issues, and providing technical feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES
Test and troubleshoot the HRIS and other company platforms/websites, identifying and reporting technical errors. Comprehend and address technical error feedback to improve platform performance. Collaborate with the development team to ensure efficient system operations. Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using Laravel and JavaScript frameworks. Ensure code quality by writing clean, well-documented code in accordance with company standards. Support database management through SQL and Eloquent ORM. Utilize version control systems such as Git for project collaboration and code tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Laravel development. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 and ES7), jQuery, and Axios. Strong understanding of SQL and database management. Hands-on experience with Eloquent ORM. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend and interpret technical error feedback effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills. First degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
