RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR-related data.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions for HR processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
