QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, and call center experience.
  • A strong customer service orientation with a desire to assist customers and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ needs and concerns.
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools and software is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and follow call center protocols and procedures.
