RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing prompt and empathetic customer support, ensuring effective resolution of inquiries.
- Communicating professionally and clearly, maintaining a positive tone in all interactions.
- Handling a variety of customer situations calmly, adapting to challenges with a solution-focused approach.
- Maintaining accurate records in customer service software to support follow-ups and quality service.
- Following call center protocols and continuously improving through training and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, and call center experience.
- A strong customer service orientation with a desire to assist customers and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ needs and concerns.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and follow call center protocols and procedures.
