RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in Outsourcing and other services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients. Achieve business development targets and contribute to overall company growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in HR Consulting, Outsourcing, or related fields. Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals. Strong understanding of the Outsourcing market and business services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.
