DESCRIPTION
Are you detail-oriented, with a knack for investigative services and compliance audits? Mark Calthers Consulting Limited is seeking an Audit & Compliance Analyst to join our Audit and Assurance Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance audits, mystery shopping activities, and background checks to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, compliance, or investigative services. Strong knowledge of compliance standards, audit procedures, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presenting audit findings. Ability to work independently and within a team. Professional certification in Audit or Compliance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CISA) is an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS
Conduct comprehensive compliance audits to evaluate operational adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. Perform mystery shopping activities to assess service quality, process adherence, and customer experience. Carry out background check services, ensuring thorough and accurate investigation of individuals and organizations. Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure audit recommendations are implemented effectively. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure that company processes align with the latest compliance requirements.
